As a fairly large secondary school we have vacancies for teachers most years. Most of our turnover of staff is due to promotions (both internal and external). We're always excited by the arrival of new staff who bring fresh ideas and perspectives, but we're also pleased that our staff has the stability to offer support to new arrivals and demonstrate loyalty to the community. We have both teaching and support staff with a wide range of experience and interests and, most importantly, who share a commitment to children and education
